Account and Data Deletion Request

At Dulo, Inc., we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. This page provides information about how to request deletion of your Match League account and all associated personal data.

How to Delete Your Account and Data

You have multiple options to request deletion of your account and personal data:

Option 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)

  1. Log in to your Match League account at dashboard.dulo.games
  2. Navigate to Account Settings
  3. Click on "Delete My Account"
  4. Confirm your deletion request
  5. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted

Option 2: Email Request

If you prefer, you can request deletion by sending an email to privacy@dulo.games with the following information:

  • Subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
  • Your registered email address
  • Your Match League username (if known)
  • Any additional identifying information that will help us locate your account

Option 3: Facebook Users

If you signed up through Facebook Login, you can also manage your data through Facebook's settings or use the methods above.

What Data Will Be Deleted?

When you request account deletion, we will delete the following categories of personal data:

  • Account Information: Email address, username, password, and profile details
  • Gameplay Data: Game progress, statistics, achievements, scores, and match history
  • Device Information: Device identifiers and technical data
  • Communication Records: Support tickets and correspondence
  • Social Data: Friend connections and social interactions within the game

Processing Timeline

We will process your deletion request within 30 days of receiving it. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been permanently deleted.

Important Information

  • Irreversible Action: Once deleted, your account and data cannot be recovered. Make sure you want to permanently delete your account before proceeding.
  • Backup Systems: Some data may remain in our backup systems for a limited period (up to 90 days) before being permanently purged.
  • Legal Requirements: We may retain certain data if required by law, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
  • Transaction Records: Purchase history may be retained for tax and accounting purposes as required by law, but will be anonymized.

Data Retention Policy

How long do we retain your personal data?
We retain your personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. When your data is no longer needed, it will be securely deleted or anonymized.

  • Active Accounts: Data is retained while your account is active
  • Inactive Accounts: Accounts inactive for more than 2 years may be automatically deleted
  • Deleted Accounts: Data is permanently deleted within 30 days of deletion request
